# General Specification

The 3rd party Ad Serving guidelines are different for various vendors. Please get in touch with us for more details.
The creatives are all served over HTTPS. Please make sure that the creatives and third-party contents (such as JavaScript) are compliant to deliver.
The ad should be a complete HTML document which contains the <html> and <body> tags and renders in standards mode by use of the <!DOCTYPE html> doctype.
Supported Image Type: JPG(HTML5 files must be Base64-encoded and packaged in html file)
Supported Video Type：MP4 (Provide a MP4 encoded in H264)
File size calculations include all relevant codes, such as CSS, web fonts, and JavaScript libraries.
The ad (an .html file) must be viewable without a network connection。
Auto-play audio is not permitted unless the user clicks to start the music and a turn-off button is a must.
Every link is opened in a new window or tab ex. target="_blank", window.open()
